How to become a sponsor

You can be an official sponsor of Lärmschutz 2012. Support the noise protection conference – and the accompanying information and consultancy exhibition – by paying a one-time contribution of €500. Being a sponsor has several advantages.
The company logos and complete addresses of all official sponsors will appear in the following media:

• the official exhibitors’ catalogue and conference programme (4-colour)
• the home page (www.laermschutz-messe.de/Sponsoren)
• the large sponsors board displayed at the entrance to the exhibition

Direct contact with participants

Make direct contact with participating specialists by placing an insert in the conference pack!
At the start of the Lärmschutz 2012 conference, every participant will receive a free conference pack. This will contain, amongst other things, an exhibitors’ catalogue, conference programme and full summary of presentations.
As an exhibitor, an insert (brochure) means another opportunity for you to target specific information at fellow conference participants.

How to place an insert:
Please send us around 300 copies of your insert documents, including company profile and product descriptions, before 15th October 2012. To ensure the conference pack does not exceed manageable proportions, documents must not be bigger than A4 size and must not weigh more than 50g. We will be pleased to enclose your brochure in the conference pack for a small fee of €200 plus VAT.
