Lärmschutz 2010 is an international noise protection symposium aimed at everyone involved in the planning, organisation and/or implementation of environmental noise protection measures. The event will take place in tandem with an information and consultancy exhibition in Hall 2 of the Westfallenhallen Trade Fair Centre in Dortmund.

The conference will address the following issues:

✓ Noise protection for roads and railway lines

✓ Noise protection for airports and industrial estates

✓ Noise protection for sports and leisure facilities

At the same time as the conference, a supporting information and consultancy event will take place in Hall 2. This exhibition will provide an ideal platform for the many products and services offered by manufacturers and service providers in the field of environmental noise protection.

Exhibitors must be manufacturers, suppliers or service providers of

✓ noise barriers of all types

✓ insulating materials and photovoltaic panels (including control and monitoring devices)

✓ landscaping for planted noise barriers/protection walls

✓ sound-absorbent road surfaces (low-noise asphalt) and low-noise vehicle tyres

✓ sound-absorbent windows, doors and ventilation devices

✓ noise protection technology for commercial premises

✓ environmental noise protection for sports and leisure facilities

✓ engineering/architects’ offices and building firms devising and implementing noise protection technology

✓ noise measurement services and related technology as well as noise mapping
