Opening times Lärmschutz 2012 takes place from 15 to 16 November 2012. Thursday, 15 Nov. 2012 Exhibition: 9.30am – 5.15pm Conference: 10:00am – 5.15pm Friday, 16 Nov. 2012 Exhibition: 8.30am – 4.00pm Conference: 9.00am – 3.00pm Exhibition prices Prices for non-participants Non-participants may choose to attend the supporting exhibition only. Admission fee: €12 School pupils/students: €6 Participants at the Lärmschutz 2012 conference may visit the accompanying information and consultancy exhibition at any time by presenting their Attendee ID Cards. Conference prices Prices for exhibitors Exhibiting companies and their employees are invited to attend the two-day conference at a reduced rate. Subject to advance reservation by 14th September 2012, the attendance fee is only €260 per person plus VAT (€360 plus VAT after this date). Prices for non-exhibitors Conference package: €360 Early-booking offer: €290 (until 17th August 2012) Prices per person plus VAT. The conference package includes two midday meals and drinks. It also includes admission to the supporting information and consultancy exhibition. Please note that the language of the conference is German. Get-together party After the conference on Thursday 15th November 2012, a get-together party will be held in Hall 2 from 5.30pm to around 9.30pm. The ticket price for the get-together is €40 plus VAT per person. Those who wish to attend this event must book by 5th October 2010: it is not possible to pay on the day.
