All of those who are involved in the assessment and managing of environmental noise are entitled to participate at the Lärmschutz 2012.

The visitors

As in 2010, numerous trade visitors from the fields of project planning, construction and building maintenance will be represented at the conference, alongside staff from federal, state and local government and experts from the relevant planning and building authorities. Visitors will come not just from Germany but also from neighbouring countries.

All owners and employees are private facilities such as commercial real estate, sport and recreational venues and the manufactures and providers of noise protection facilities and services respectively are also entitled to participate.

Prices for non-exhibitors

Conference package: €360

Early-booking offer: €290 (until 17th August 2012)

The conference package includes two midday meals and drinks. It also includes admission to the supporting information and consultancy exhibition. Please note that the language of the conference is German.

Prices for exhibitors

Exhibiting companies and their employees are invited to attend the two-day conference at a reduced rate. Subject to advance reservation by 14th September 2012, the attendance fee is only €260 per person plus VAT (€360 plus VAT after this date).

Get-together party

After the conference on Thursday 15th November 2012, a get-together party will be held in Hall 2 from 5.30pm to around 9.30pm. All exhibitors and conference participants are welcome to attend the informal event, which will offer them the chance to exchange views and contact details in relaxed company. A lavish hot/cold buffet – drinks not included – will be provided. The ticket price for the get-together is €40 plus VAT per person.

Those who wish to attend this event must book by 5th October 2012: it is not possible to pay on the day.
